Shipping Policy

All items are made to order and are ready to ship.

Orders will be processed after 7:00 am on Saturday for orders received prior to that day/time and mailed by the following Monday. Depending on the time of your order, this can mean up to a 3 week time between orders placed and received by you. If you need a package sooner, please contact us immediately at daisyandgracedesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to send your package sooner, though not guaranteed.

Orders placed during high volume times

All orders placed prior to and during high-volume times of year (i.e. prior to major holidays) cannot be guaranteed shipping times. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible for major holidays, special events, etc.

Daisy & Grace Designs LLC is not responsible for shipping delays due to USPS operations. If your package is delayed, damaged, etc. please contact USPS directly and file a claim directly through them. See ‘Shipping Policy’ for more information.

Damages due to shipping
Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS, we are no longer responsible for that package. If packages are delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, etc. Daisy & Grace Designs is not responsible for these issues. Refunds/store credit will not be issued for these issues. In the event these issues occur, we encourage you to contact USPS directly to file a claim.

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery receipt and we will do everything we can to make it right (see ‘Refund Policy’ for more information).

Shipping details

Orders are packaged in a cardboard-style box and a bubble envelope. Free, domestic, economy shipping is offered on all orders over $100. Shipping for orders under $100 will be paid by you at the time of the order.

It is YOUR responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of the order. We are not responsible for shipping information errors and no refunds/credits will be issued for shipping errors.

All packages are shipped via USPS economy (‘ground advantage’) shipping. If you would like upgraded shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order at daisyandgracedesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We do not guarantee shipping alternatives.

International shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.
