Refund Policy

We do not accept any order cancellations. We also do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for any reason. All sales are final.

If you have questions about a product, please contact us at daisyandgracedesigns@gmail.com PRIOR to placing your order, and we will be happy to answer any questions you have including sending additional photos of a piece. We make every effort to return all communications within 2-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays).

However, we are human, and mistakes do happen. In the event that an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged* item is sent in error, we will make every effort to correct the error. We MUST be notified within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date of the order (as reported by USPS). You must send photos of the incorrect, incomplete, or damaged* item within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date. If we deem the error to be on our behalf, the incorrect or damaged* item must be returned to us in its original, unworn state. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your return package. All items must be returned within 3 days of receiving the paid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting an order correction will not be accepted.

Once the item is received and inspected, and if we deem the error to be on our behalf, a store credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the item, if applicable. Store credits will not be issued for sales tax or shipping costs.

*Definition of ‘damaged’ item: Store credit will only be issued for items damaged prior to shipping. We are NOT responsible for damage due to wear and tear (please see the ‘jewelry care’ section of the general shop policies) or items damaged in shipping (please see ‘shipping policy’).

Damages due to shipping
Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS, we are no longer responsible for that package. If packages are delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, etc. Daisy & Grace Designs is not responsible for these issues. Refunds/store credit will not be issued for these issues. In the event these issues occur, we encourage you to contact USPS directly to file a claim. Please see ‘shipping policy’ for more information.
